- Translate Insights into Strategy: Build compelling storylines and recommendations that influence how Shopee positions itself in the e-commerce landscape.
- Enable Cross-Functional Decisions: Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure insight-driven thinking is embedded in key business choices.
- Shape Strategic Narratives: Support leadership by framing complex findings into clear, actionable narratives that guide long-term direction.
- Strong ability to generate insights from multiple sources (data, research, and market intelligence)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to turn insights into persuasive recommendations
- Self-driven and proactive, with 3-5 years of professional experience (consulting, strategy, or consumer/market insights roles a plus)
- Familiarity with market research methods, competitive analysis, or consumer insight tools
- Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or other fast-moving industries
