Sales staff (Supermarket Channel)

• Carrying out business and sales activities for modern distribution channels such as supermarkets, large retail systems, and chain stores
• Focus on finding and building relationships with customers in the MT channel, ensuring products are accessed and sold effectively.
• Understand customer needs and desires, propose appropriate business solutions, and ensure customer care support.
• Manage customers who have signed contracts, aiming to re-sign contracts

• From 2-3 years equivalent experience
• Have good communication skills to interact with customers, negotiate and persuade to reach agreements.
• Ability to analyze market data, evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and propose improvements.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, through creating trust and support to meet customer needs.
• English speaking is a plus
