Job Description :
  • Responsible for guiding development and ensuring KPI implementation of the Business Development team for ShopeeFood's products and services.
  • Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term.
  • Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the set goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of business activities.
  • Responsible for managing, recruiting, and training the business development team.
  • Regularly update business information of product categories and food trends of the market with team members.
  • Prepare reports as required for management team
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales, have connection with restaurant chains/brands in the F&B market.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisor role.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in business development in the field of E-commerce, E-wallet.
  • Strong management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan, manage change, handle tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Skills in researching, processing, and analyzing information, as well as making decisions.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a good team player; able to work well under high pressure.
  • High sense of responsibility at work.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
