  • Keep good relationships with current customers to meet sales goals.
  • Watch market trends and see what competitors are doing.
  • Find and reach out to potential customers with the right services.
  • Look for new business opportunities by targeting key clients.
  • Create customized value offers for different markets and customer needs.
2. Sales Execution
  • Plan and manage sales activities while following contract terms.
  • Work with production to schedule orders and meet delivery timelines.
  • Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Visit clients and travel for business to grow sales.
  • Report sales results clearly and on time to the management team.
3. Data Analysis & Procurement
  • Review sales activities and analyze performance data.
  • Predict customer demand and plan raw material purchases.
  • Check inventory levels and suggest ways to manage long-term stock.
  • Use ERP systems to keep track of sales and operations.
4. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Handle customer issues quickly and keep satisfaction high.
  • Work with quality control to resolve complaints.
  • Look for ways to grow customer accounts and increase business
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in the steel industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet targets
  • English required; Korean is a plus
