- Strategic Leadership & Campaign Management
- Lead the development and execution of digital engagement strategies to increase customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Plan and manage targeted, personalized engagement campaigns across in-app notifications, emails, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with business KPIs and customer needs.
- Customer Experience & Optimization
- Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to continuously improve in-app experiences.
- Drive innovation in digital customer journeys, testing new approaches to boost engagement.
- Utilize customer behaviour data and analytics to optimize app features and engagement efforts.
- Data-Driven Insights
- Leverage analytics data to identify key trends, gaps, and opportunities in digital engagement.
- Develop performance reports to track success metrics and recommend improvements.
- Communication & Digital Adoption
- Provide strong support in customer communication efforts to improve digital awareness and education.
- Drive TMRW app enablement and active usage rate through timely, relevant, and engaging communications.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across channels.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally to align engagement strategies with broader digital banking objectives.
- Stay informed of digital trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to enhance strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or digital
- Proven ability to use analytics and insights to drive engagement outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in driving digital product adoption.
