- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including project kick-off, status updates, and retrospectives
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with proven track record of establishing a new project
- Experience with project management frameworks
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in risk management and issue resolution
- Strong attention to detail, with experience in quality assurance and control
