- Collaborate with business teams to define data science problems with clear success metrics.
- Execute end-to-end ML workflows: data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and validation.
- Deploy and maintain scalable ML models in both batch and real-time environments.
- Monitor model performance and adapt to evolving business needs and data patterns.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to build advanced solutions in areas like personalization, forecasting, and NLP.
- Create reusable components and frameworks to accelerate future ML development.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or ML engineering.
- Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, LightGBM.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with large-scale data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Docker).
- Strong analytical thinking, product mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong academic background or recognition in data competitions.
- Experience in domains like personalization, demand forecasting, churn prediction, or pricing optimization.
- Full ownership of the ML lifecycle with direct business impact.
