- Warmly and professionally welcome all clients and callers.
- Manage a designated Australian office phone line, along with emails and front desk operations.
- Organize client contracts and various documents for each client.
- Assist with quotations, invoices, and accounts payable.
- Handle emails and manage printing/filing as needed.
- High proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general administration or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to help others.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and takes pride in presentation and processes.
- A team player who remains calm and professional under pressure.
- Positive, cheerful, and resourceful-even on challenging days.
- Salary: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month
