Warehouse Supervisor - 3PL

• Minimum 2-3 years in warehouse or logistics supervision (3PL experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of contract logistics operations.

• Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or SAP systems is an advantage.

• Direct and monitor all warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, inventory control) to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution in line with company policies.
• Optimize warehouse space, resources, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, and compliance with 5S standards and company regulations.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of at least 10 staff members.
• Ensure adherence to attendance, performance, and compliance guidelines while encouraging employee engagement.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Enforce health, safety, and security standards; report incidents, damages, and near misses promptly.
• Ensure compliance with national and local laws, company policies, and internal audit requirements.

• Support achievement of distribution center KPIs and budget targets.
• Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring KPI results are transparent and measurable.
• Prepare regular reports, support audits, and implement corrective actions (CAPA) where needed.

• Build strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
• Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and employee engagement.
• Support annual action plans and contribute to company-wide improvement projects.
