- Design, execute, and optimize innovative acquisition strategies to generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads in the Vietnam financial markets, ensuring alignment with TMGM’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the unique consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments of Vietnam. Align regional strategies with TMGM’s global brand direction.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital (social media, search, display), email, and offline channels—to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to inform campaign tactics and product positioning.
- Develop, manage, and track marketing budgets for the Vietnam regions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead quality, conversion rates, ROI, brand awareness) using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies and local partners for campaign delivery.
- Ensure consistent application of TMGM’s brand standards across all marketing channels and materials. Adapt messaging to local markets while maintaining global brand integrity.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and integrated campaigns to support regional business development and customer acquisition.
- Lead the execution of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, and social media, to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
- Develop targeted campaigns and engagement programs to build strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients in the Vietnam markets.
- Provide guidance and support to junior marketing staff or agency partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Keep abreast of the latest marketing strategies, tools, and trends—especially those relevant to financial services and the Vietnam digital landscapes—to ensure TMGM remains competitive and innovative
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), and campaign tracking to measure and optimize performance.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, SEM, and website analytics; ability to implement and optimize campaigns for search performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, prompt engineering for AI content generation, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) for campaign tracking and website optimization.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g.,
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B and B2C acquisition campaigns in the financial markets (CFD, FX, Crypto, Indices).
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese digital landscapes, social media platforms, and consumer behaviors.
- Experience localizing acquisition campaigns for Southeast Asian markets, with sensitivity to cultural and regulatory nuances.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Vietnamese is highly desirable.
