- Minimum 7-8 years of progressive B2B sales experience
- Background in rubber elastic products, textile narrow fabrics, or related industries (strongly preferred)
- Experience in international sales (preferred)
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and sales operations skills
- High integrity, proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good communicate in English
- Own the P&L and drive business growth across Vietnam
- Identify new markets and segments to meet aggressive growth targets
- Build and nurture strategic customer relationships
- Oversee full-cycle sales operations: forecasting, reporting, invoicing, payment recovery, and delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align execution with global goals
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
