Production Manager (Dyeing)

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a dyehouse in a textile manufacturing environment (minimum 5 years in dyeing operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role).
• Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, color physics, and chemical usage in textiles.
• Solid understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Plan, organize, and supervise all dyeing operations to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Monitor and optimize dyehouse processes, ensuring consistent color quality, minimal waste, and efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment in the dyehouse are maintained and performing at optimal capacity through close collaboration with the engineering team.
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for all dyeing activities.
• Manage and control production costs, material usage, and dye/chemical consumption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Lead, train, and develop dyehouse staff to enhance technical skills and operational performance.
• Prepare and present production reports, performance analysis, and improvement plans to senior management.
• Ensure workplace compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
