ACG_2846_JOBOur client is a leading professional service company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Transfer Pricing Operations & Team DevelopmentLead and support the Transfer Pricing (TP) team to execute assigned client projects in accordance with instructions from firm leadership.Design and implement an internal training curriculum tailored to the needs of the TP team.Provide regular updates on regulatory changes, including international TP frameworks and Vietnam-specific guidance.Build the TP team's capabilities by developing personnel, establishing workflows, and implementing standardized processes to improve project delivery and quality.Practice Growth & Client EngagementMaintain a deep understanding of the firm’s service offerings—especially in Transfer Pricing—and identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.Actively contribute to expanding the TP client base by participating in business development initiatives and proposal preparation.Work closely with clients to understand their operations, value chains, and expectations, translating insights into customized TP solutions.Maintain client confidence through proactive communication and consistent delivery, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and professional integrity.RequirementsA university degree or higher in Accounting, Taxation, Legal Studies, Corporate Finance, or other relevant majors.Strong familiarity with Vietnamese transfer pricing rules, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), OECD Guidelines, and BEPS principles.At least 8 years’ hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within consulting firms or multinational environments.Strong command of English, both spoken and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent project management, leadership, and client-facing communication skills.Holding one or more of the following qualifications is an advantage: VTCA, CPA (Vietnam or international), ACCA, CPAA, ICAEW, or TP-specific certifications.Contact: Hieu NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
