Job Responsibilities
⁻ Manage production progress, quality, and safety on the assembly line ⁻ Progress management towards achieving production targets ⁻ Provide instructions, training, and labor management for workers ⁻ Promote initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency ⁻ Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Department ⁻ Ensure compliance with safety regulations ⁻ Operate and coordinate the production line based on production plans ⁻ 組立ラインの生産進捗・品質・安全の管理 ⁻ 生産目標の達成に向けた進捗管理 ⁻ 作業員への指示・教育および労務管理 ⁻ 不良低減や効率改善のための活動推進 ⁻ 品質保証部門との連携 ⁻ 安全規則の遵守確認 ⁻ 生産計画に基づくライン運営と調整Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese or English - Business Level (prefer Japanese) ・Experience: - More than 5 years of experience in assembly line management in a production environment - Experience in implementing initiatives to improve production efficiency ・Can use Microsoft Office Software
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Chief accountant certificate ・Having business-level proficiency in both English & Japanese
