Operate and understand the full range of equipment on the SMT production line, including Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, AOI, X-Ray, and BGA Rework stations.
Support production by setting up machine programs (Pick & Place, AOI, Printer, Reflow, SPI, X-Ray), and ensure all machines run smoothly and stably.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
Perform regular maintenance on all equipment and tooling to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Manage and process data within the SAP system related to equipment, components, and production processes.
Implement process improvements (Kaizen) to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Support engineers by collecting and recording production data for analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel, Word, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other engineering software.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Experience: Previous SMT experience is highly advantageous; candidates without experience will receive full training.
Personal Attributes: Honest, detail-oriented, agile, and highly responsible, with the ability to work under high pressure.
Education: Bachelor’s or College degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, or related fields).
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in SMT at XP’s or similar companies will be prioritized.

Graduated College / University degree in Mechatronics / Electric – Electronics / Technical.
Problem-solving skill / Teamwork skill.
Use proficient Autocad 2D, Microsoft office.
Can read and understand technical document / technical drawing.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Process Technician in the power supply factory .
