Company DescriptionBosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt.   • Maintain, update, revise ODS to instruct Operator according to standards defined in ODS which complies with P-FMEA, CP
  • Update, maintain P-FMEA of the own process
  • Implement changes and improvement based on the existing process/ MAE/ parts (with or w/o ECR for Cycle time, quality, safety, cost).
  • Execute new ever project as a leader of a specific module/ package (similar to WPL)
  • Handle internal customers complain about quality
  • Optimize the existing MAE to adapt/improve safety for operation
  • Maintain process capacity (CT, Reject rate) in response to current target (TAC) with defined method.
  • Use existing documents and procedure to cooperate with other colleagues to solve the MAE's issue.
  • Understood status of Cpk of characteristics of the own process (if applicable).
  • Comprehend and maintain the existing SPC system in HcP. Apply SPC in accordance with WI. Able to explain a SPC report or chart (if applicable).

Qualifications
  • Engineer/bachelor's in electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical
  • More than 1 years of experience work in manufacturing
  • Communication & Good presentation skill and logical thinking
  • Proactive and willing to learn new thing
