ACG_2880_JOBOur client is a company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Production & Capacity StrategyAnalyze market movements and internal production data to forecast demand, optimize capacity planning, and recommend strategic improvements across multiple product categories.Track ongoing production performance and refine planning methods to consistently meet service level agreements.Workforce & Equipment OptimizationPlan and balance manpower across shifts and locations to enhance operational efficiency and reduce idle time.Plan and track utilization of machines, editing stations, and software licenses to support production capacity.Recommend asset investment or reallocation to align with shifting business priorities.Vendor Operations & RelationshipsIdentify, assess, and manage vendors based on performance, cost, and delivery benchmarks.Handle end-to-end vendor lifecycle management — from onboarding to performance monitoring and final offboarding.Lead vendor negotiations and ensure contractual compliance on service quality, delivery, and pricing.Develop strong partnerships with vendors to support long-term collaboration.Leadership & Cross-functional EngagementLead a team of four planning professionals, instilling a culture of ownership, continuous growth, and excellence.Collaborate effectively with departments such as Sales, Customer Service, and Production to ensure production strategies align with business targets and client expectations.Reporting & Process DevelopmentEstablish and monitor key planning KPIs, such as resource utilization, cost-effectiveness, and vendor efficiency, and use data to guide improvements.Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization in the planning workflow and principles.Spearhead the creation and rollout of interactive dashboards and analytical tools in partnership with the data team, enabling smarter, data-informed decisions.RequirementsA minimum of 5 years in production planning or operations, with a proven track record in leading and nurturing high-performing teams in results-focused environments.Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across multiple functions.Skilled in using planning systems and advanced reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, to support data-driven planning and performance monitoring.A structured and data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, CPIM, CSCP, or PMP are advantageous.Prior exposure to high-volume industries such as digital production, BPO, or media post-production is highly desirable.Contact: Nhat Anh Nguyen Due to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
