Job Summary

General ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Operations
  • Assist in preparing RFIs, costing and presentation for distribution opportunities / renewal
  • Maintain well-organized and up to date records, documents and databases that reflect our BD activities and progress
Costing Analysis
  • Develop and maintain costing models to evaluate distribution costs.
  • Conduct financial impact assessments for distribution model changes (e.g., shift to 4PL, consolidation).
  • Analyze historical delivery and sales data to benchmark costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
Project Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects related to business model transformation or assigned projects
  • Ensure all back-office activities align with company policies and meet relevant regulatory standards.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, business operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in pharma, or logistics industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Point
  • Solid understanding of distribution models, costing structures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
