In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and building the data infrastructure that powers our global health tech platform.Your work will be critical in measuring the real-world health and business impact of our solution—helping patients get better care and enabling partners to make data-driven decisions.As one of our early team members, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our data architecture, influence product direction, and grow with the company as we scale.What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do
  • Liaise between stakeholders, product, and engineering to ensure accurate and actionable data.
Support the development of event tagging systems to improve product insights.Ensure compliance with data policies and regulations; implement data security measures as needed.Define and enforce data governance standards, including naming conventions, data glossaries, and quality checks.Collaborate with developers to collect and structure data from applications and third-party tools.Build, review, and maintain data pipelines and unified data models.Monitor product changes to maintain data pipeline accuracy and reliability.Manage API integrations with external partners (e.g., hospitals, pharmacies, insurers).Detect and resolve inconsistencies in event tracking data.Design scalable, cost-efficient analytics pipelines using Google Cloud Platform tools.What You’ll Need5+ years of experience in a data Engineer role or relevant.Proven experience in data-modelling projects both for SQL- and noSQL databases.Focused to details and also able to understand the overall picture and the meaning of the consolidated dataPrevious experience in a business- analyst position is a plusExpert in SQLProven experience of building data pipelines / ETL and designing dashboards.Experience with Spark is a big plusFamiliar with GCP data solutions: Data Studio, BigQuery, Firestore extensions, GA, IAM,Proven experience in statistical modelling using mainstream software and languages (R, Python, SAS, SPSS...)Why Join Elfie?We're a global start-up that is mission-led, and fiercely product-driven.We're building something that improves lives - and we're doing it with a culture of trust, freedom, and high performance.About ElfieElfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for managing their health.
