Key Responsibilities:Oversee the development of meat-based products, with a focus on marinated, fermented, and ready-to-eat meals.Design, refine, and optimize product recipes, ingredient formulations, and processing techniques.Explore and evaluate new raw materials, technologies, and production methods to foster innovation.Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to support successful product launches.Ensure all products and processes comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.Conduct product trials and manage associated technical documentation and reporting.Stay informed of market dynamics and analyze competitor offerings to guide development strategies.Required Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Meat Science, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years' experience in food manufacturing R&D, particularly in meat processing.Practical expertise in developing marinated, fermented, and ready-to-eat meat products.Solid understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP, ISO, and GMP.Proven skills in project management, team leadership, and effective communication.
