ACG_2956_JOBOur client is a fast-growing ingredients distributor company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Oversee, coordinate, and ensure the effective execution of the department’s operational and business plans.Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers and partners to expand target markets.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and strategic partners within the assigned portfolio.Control departmental budgets, monitor inventory levels, and manage receivables to meet business targets.Supervise, delegate, and mentor sales team members, ensuring skill development and performance improvement.Build and nurture a high-performing sales team aligned with the company’s growth strategy.Recommend sales and customer care policies—including pricing, credit terms, and discount structures—to the Business Division Director, and execute policies once approved.Develop business plans and lead the rollout of sales initiatives to teams, encompassing promotional activities, technical consulting, direct sales, and market expansion in line with corporate objectives.Manage sales forecasts, inventory planning, and debt recovery processes.Direct, oversee, and monitor all sales operations to ensure consistent performance.Lead marketing, branding, and market development campaigns.Initiate, design, and implement training, coaching, and performance appraisal programs to enhance team capabilities.Develop succession and talent pipeline plans to ensure business continuity and operational stability.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related fields.At least 5 years of proven experience in a department head role.Preferably with experience in trade, FMCG, or distribution industries.Proficient in English; IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is an advantage.Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.In-depth product knowledge relevant to the business.Expertise in customer acquisition and relationship management.Solid experience in sales and cost management.Strong reporting, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution.Strategic planning and organizational skills.Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.Proficiency in market research and business development.Contact: Nhi LeDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
