Senior Underwriting Executive

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in English.

• Strong underwriting knowledge and understanding of insurance products/contracts.
• Familiarity with reinsurance types and methods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 3 years in the insurance industry.
• Preferred experience in Property, Casualty, Health, or Motor lines.

• Collaborate with Marketing teams on underwriting for new and renewal businesses, ensuring compliance with risk assessment, authority limits, and treaty terms.
• Monitor risk acceptance to align with underwriting guidelines and treaty limits.
• Provide technical support to Marketing teams (e.g., maintain policy wording and underwriting templates).
• Develop and maintain underwriting statistics; prepare underwriting reports.
• Support other underwriting tasks as assigned.
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments (Reinsurance, Business Processing, Accounting, etc.) and external peers in the reinsurance market.
• Ensure compliance with delegated decision-making authority.
• Meet KPIs such as accurate risk acceptance and standard response quality to internal teams and clients.
