Identify and assess new business opportunities and partnerships aligned with long-term growth
Drive portfolio strategy and streamline go-to-market initiatives across targeted regions
Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, marketing, and technical teams on project execution
Evaluate product opportunities, build business cases, and support launch readiness
Manage complex cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
Monitor industry trends and develop market-informed expansion strategies
Support monthly reviews and ensure alignment across commercial and operational functions
Represent the business in portfolio-related discussions at global and local levels

Lead strategy across regions in a dynamic healthcare environmentDrive impact through cross-functional and global collaborationA successful candidate should have:

10 years in commercial, portfolio, or strategy roles within healthcare, consumer health, or life sciences
Strong grasp of market access, regulatory, and pricing dynamics
Exposure to both mature and emerging markets, preferably across multiple geographies
Experience evaluating and launching products across various therapeutic areas or healthcare categories
Ability to think strategically and execute with precision under complex conditions
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data-driven insights
