
Entertainment Manager

- Develop and implement engaging entertainment strategies that align with our organisation's vision and guest expectations
- Plan, organise, and oversee a variety of entertainment events and activities, ensuring high-quality performances and guest satisfaction
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with performers, entertainment vendors, and talent agencies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and increase guest participation
- Manage entertainment budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness whilst maintaining quality standards
- Oversee event logistics, production schedules, and technical requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and licensing requirements for all entertainment activities
- Evaluate event success through guest feedback and performance metrics, continuously improving our offerings
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of entertainment staff and volunteers
- Stay abreast of entertainment industry trends and incorporate innovative concepts into our programme
- Adapt entertainment offerings to suit the cultural diversity of our international guests
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event timings
- Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in entertainment or event management, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing diverse entertainment programmes
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships
- Creative mindset coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- In-depth knowledge of entertainment industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and contract negotiations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to cater to an international clientele
- Experience working in tropical or resort destinations is preferred
- Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and entertainment scene is a plus
