- Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks.
- Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update.
- Other admin-related workQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Highly motivated to learn about social ecommerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to be goal- oriented, take initiative, work independently , fast learner & open to changesPreferred Qualifications
- Has experience in Ecommerce or Marketing industry
