Our client is a multinational company is looking for a Medical Device Sales Specialist from Nghe An to Hue.ResponsibilitiesFor this position, the candidate has the option to be based in either Nghe An, Thanh Hoa or Hanoi, and will be responsible for overseeing the relevant territories with the following duties:
  • Conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans for market access
  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth
  • Engage with customers and build strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
  • Ensure consistent achievement of operational objectives and financial targets
  • Manage the sales forecasting and sell-out process
  • Define customer segmentation, perform market mapping, and align products to target segments
  • Focus on clinical applications, user education, and enhancing customer workflow efficiency
  • Design, deliver, and maintain application-based training programs for equipment and accessories
  • Utilize product and clinical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, clinical applications, and diagnostic/treatment procedures through continuous training
  • Understand and monitor competitive product landscape
  • Deliver compelling product and solution presentations to customers
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions for customers on product usage
  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as exhibitions, workshops, and seminars
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including market size and SUR equipment market share
  • Take full responsibility for preparing bids and proposals for major tenders and projects within the assigned territory
Education requirements / Experience / Job Specifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Biomedical, Engineering, Pharma or related fields
  • 2-3 years' experience in sales and application, preferably in medical device industry
  • Knowledge of the medical ophthalmology industry is priority
  • Analytical skills are necessary to evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and other data to make in- formed decisions about product development and marketing
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Sense of accountability and strong work ethic
  • Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
