- Work directly with the Business Development team and clients, taking briefs, developing a proposal, and presenting to clients.
- Responsible for building JBP, monthly sales plan by level assortment, pricing, and promotion plan. Ensure to achievement of sales goals & P&L on the e-commerce platform for the brand team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution, as well as impact future business opportunities.
- Create and manage E-commerce-related project scope (sales strategy, store performance, and operations,...) and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures.
- Main PIC for onboarding brands on the e-commerce platform, including store opening, product and material listing, and campaign registration.
- Preparing weekly performance figures for management and actively participating in weekly and monthly business reviews, including profit and loss analysis.
- Work with other internal departments, such as the commercial/creative department/media production, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Make reports to reflect project progress, including risks, benefits, and KPIs achievement to the Head of Department and clients.
- Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
- A recognized university degree
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the key account at e-commerce companies
- Experience in the E-commerce field
- Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
