Job Responsibilities
- Manage and operate administrative work at the factory (catering, uniforms, cleaning, security, employee shuttle bus, waste, etc.). • In charge of work related to labor safety, compliance, environment, fire prevention and fighting (FFD), corporate with other sections to fulfill, the factory certificates. • Manage facilities, periodic administrative expenses and consumables (office supplies, protective equipment, uniforms, …) ensuring efficient and cost-effective usage. • Plan and support organizing internal factory events, other activities, and resolve arising issues within the factory.
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and able to communicate fluently in English. ・Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in factory, preferably with experience working in Japanese manufacturing companies, especially in the Food industry. ・Commencement: ASAP
