Job Responsibilities
- Define and develop strategies that support the company's CSR objectives, focusing on social responsibility, occupational health and safety, and environmental sustainability. - Monitor and update management and relevant departments on legal and customer-specific requirements related to CSR. - Coordinate and communicate with external parties such as customers, auditors, and government authorities during inspections on compliance, health & safety, and environmental matters. - Manage and prepare necessary documentation and records for customer audits. - Develop and implement annual CSR plans and internal audit schedules. - Initiate improvement plans and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings. - Conduct risk assessments and hazard identifications across all factory areas. - Deliver internal awareness training programs on CSR topics for employees. - Prepare and submit regular reports on occupational health and safety and work-related accidents (TNLĐ) to local authorities. - Lead investigations into work-related incidents (TNLĐ) - Develop and maintain procedures and policies related to workplace safety, health, and environment. - Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety practices are followed across the facility. - Organize mandatory safety training for contractors, new employees, and relevant teams. - Fire Safety & Environmental Management - Oversee and maintain fire prevention and fire-fighting (PCCC) systems and equipment. - Monitor and ensure environmental compliance according to local regulations. - Conduct regular checks and ensure effective operation of fire safety systems.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- College or University graduate. - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + At least 3 years of experience in a CSR Manager role. + Experienced in audits and assessments such as SLCP, BSCI, HIGG FEM, ISO 9001, and SCAN. - Good understanding of payroll and labor-related matters. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software. - Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively.
