
Territory Sales Engineer, Adhesives (Hanoi/Bac Ninh)

- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in general industrial markets such as e-motor, electrical machinery, and assembly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials in collaboration with technical teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
- B2B sales/ business development or engineering experience, preferably in adhesives, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand adhesive applications.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability to execute
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience in general industrial sectors such as assembly or machinery.
- Familiarity with bonding, sealing, and surface preparation processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
