- Drive and deliver financial and business objectives through close partnership with MD/GMs and other functional leaders
- Establish and execute long-term financial strategies for the region, including financial planning, cost reduction strategies, investment prioritization and driving commercial growth & value management.
- Build best teams and improve succession pipeline at all levels of the finance organization
- Monitor and direct implementation of strategic business plans and tactical objectives
- Manage and prioritize capital requests and drive working capital improvement to meet or exceed free cash flow commitments
- Monitor product costs, pricing, factory/material productivity, and expenses
- Lead financial planning and monitoring of program and product developments
- Manage financial compliance including Sarbanes-Oxley testing and Audit/ACA requirement and driving an overall mindset focused on compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, planning, and FP&A
- MUST have a CPA, CMA or ACCA
- Understanding of SOX and US GAAP
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in business partnering, driving change, and achieving financial goals in dynamic environments.
- Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution focus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
