1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new clients; maintain existing client relationships.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their recruitment needs.
- Negotiate, sign contracts, and receive job orders.
- Identify core candidates and implement suitable attraction strategies.
- Interview, assess, and match candidates to appropriate job opportunities.
- Provide career consultation, pre-interview preparation, and post-placement follow-up.
- Develop long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
- Ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery to both clients and candidates.
- Manage candidates, prepare profiles, negotiate offers, and conduct reference checks.
- Share market insights and recruitment trends with clients.
- Utilize assessment tools and apply retention strategies for key candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients.
- Ensure timely billing and debt collection.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Possess at least a diploma or equivalent academic/professional qualifications in business/marketing or related field of practice lines.
- 02 - 03 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.
- Intermediate level in English in writing and negotiation skill.
- 15 Annual Leave Days MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days)
