- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core digital health products.
- Take full ownership of the product lifecyclefrom initial research and ideation through to launch, iteration, and optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, content, and marketing) to design and enhance features that drive user engagement and long-term retention.
- Leverage user research, data analytics, and market insights to inform product direction and fuel innovation.
- Align priorities with internal stakeholders by balancing user needs with business outcomes.
- Establish and monitor key product metrics to measure success and guide ongoing improvements.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a leading edge in the market.
- Help foster a strong product culture by mentoring junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing, and encouraging collaboration.
- A background in engineering or technology is essential.
- 37 years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer tech, digital media, or health tech.
- Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable conducting discussions and writing documentation in English.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with modern product development practices.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver results.
- Passionate about building impactful digital products that redefine the healthcare experience.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including chatbots and personalization features.
- Exposure to community-based or socially-driven digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets.
- Background in growth, engagement, or monetization-focused product strategies.
