Adecco client, a global destination management company, is looking for a System Administrator/IT Helpdesk to join their teamv Education· BA degree in Network and System Administrationv Experience· 2+ years of experience in working on Window services such as Active Directory, DNS, Azure, Office365, etc.· 2+ years of experience in working on Cloud base technology such as VMware, Azure, etc.· Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Unix, and macOS· Experience with database servers such as MySQL, SQL, MariaDB, etc.· Experience with backup/restore processes.v Skills· Certificate in MCSA, MCSE, AZ104, etc.· Understanding Microsoft technologies and Cloud computing concepts· Familiarity with system health check, monitor and management tools· Cloud storage configuration and management· Power Shell and Scripting· Azure - Virtual Machine Management.· Strong problem solving and analytical skills· Strong communication and teamwork· Time management and organizational skills.· Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.· The System Administrator role is responsible for ensuring that all systems are stable and follow the standards and structure of the enterprise's architecture including servers based on cloud or on the premises, operation services of servers such as Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, DNS, Database, etc. in multiple Operating Systems including Window and Linux.· The position is also responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and deploying configuration or services related to the IT System that serve the Application and Project teams following the Organization's strategies. In addition, one of the key responsibilities of this role is keeping the system and database constantly available and secure by devising backup/restore systems.· This position cooperates with the Enterprise Application and Digital Solution teams to build core systems for projects related to IT services and applications.· In addition, the role of this position also includes analyzing and reporting on servers and services performance to the IT Manager as well as avoiding risks and fixing issues related to the system to optimize data security.· Key duties include:o Ensuring the system and servers' stability.o Administering Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint.o Investigating and diagnosing issues. Providing LV2 supporto Managing and deploying backup/restore systemso Researching and updating new technologieso Reporting on the servers' performance.RESPONSIBILITIESAs the System Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:· Ensuring system's stability (40%)o Monitor the health of cloud services, including Office 365, Azure, and Cloud Storageo Manage and oversee Azure infrastructure, focusing on virtual machines, storage solutions, databases, and disaster recovery planningo Administer Office 365, Exchange, and SharePointo Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, DNS, Radius, and LDAP.o Ensure data integrity by periodically testing restore processeso Metrics§ Ensure the server's up time remains constantly at a§ minimum level of 98%· Providing L2 support and troubleshooting (30%)o Communicate and troubleshoot issues related to Azure, Office365, applications and system servers on LV2o Assist the LV1 Team and other teams with troubleshooting issues to identify root causes and provide technical support when needed.o Metrics: Commit to fulfilling at least 90% of the SLA· Information Security (20%)o Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats for both Microsoft 365 and Azure, along with Windows Server environments.o Regularly update firmware and software to protect the system against vulnerabilities. Test and deploy patches to minimize disruption to users following the requirement of the Security Teamo Metrics: Ensure server is patched on schedule by at least 99%· System Maintenance and Document (10%)o Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups. Schedule and manage regular backups to prevent data losso Continuously update and review documents such as system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guideso Metrics: Ensure the system maintains on time and conforms with at least 99% of the database backup and restore plan
