Analyze customer technology environments and business requirements, with a focus on non-functional requirements. Lead and support solution creation and design activities in collaboration with Core 3 team. Develop and present technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Contribute to the creation of proposals, including cost estimation, 3PP evaluation, and solution pricing. Design site-specific adaptations and specify required hardware or software components. Collaborate closely with PMO to align on technical structure and delivery. Provide input to resource planning and support technical onboarding for delivery teams. Ensure site solutions are aligned with customer contract requirements and applicable regulations. Support the deployment of solutions and participate in lifecycle management, technical troubleshooting, and R&D feedback. Maintain active engagement with internal knowledge-sharing communities and contribute as Subject Matter Expert when required. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of managing technical customer engagements and cross-functional teams. Fluent in Vietnamese native-level and English professional working proficiency. Solid understanding of telecom systems integration, network rollout, and project delivery cycles.
