ACG_2968_JOBOur client is a fast-growing construction company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies that align with the mall’s overall business goals and boost foot traffic.Conduct and oversee market research to identify trends, analyze target audience behavior, and assess competitors to guide marketing decisions.Create annual and quarterly marketing plans, including budget allocation and KPI definition.Strengthen and maintain the mall’s brand identity across all communication channels.Ensure all marketing materials—digital, print, and event-related—deliver a consistent, engaging brand message.Collaborate with tenants on joint marketing initiatives to drive sales and improve tenant satisfaction.Advise tenants on marketing best practices, seasonal promotions, and campaign strategies.Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management.Manage and optimize online advertising to maximize audience reach and engagement.Track and analyze digital performance metrics to ensure campaigns deliver results.Plan and manage mall-wide events and promotions to attract varied audiences and increase visits.Oversee event execution from concept to completion, ensuring brand alignment and budget compliance.Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, PR firms, and influencers to enhance mall visibility.Act as the mall’s spokesperson at events, conferences, and media appearances.Administer the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources across initiatives.Evaluate and report ROI for all marketing activities, refining strategies to meet financial objectives.Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.Recruit, train, and develop marketing professionals to support company objectives.Perform additional duties as assigned by company leadership.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).At least 15 years of marketing experience in retail, real estate, or mall development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a retail or commercial real estate environment.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and event promotion strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Experience in tenant relations and customer engagement is a plus.Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools to track performance.Contact: Ha Hoang, Nga NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
