Conduct quality control (QC) checks on incoming raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products according to company standards.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain quality testing equipment in the lab.
Record, compile, and report daily quality inspection results.
Coordinate with production departments to address issues related to product quality.5. Participate in the development, updating, and implementation of procedures and guidelines related to the quality management system (QA).
Support the execution of internal audits, document control, and quality record keeping.
Propose measures to improve quality control processes and participate in related improvement projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Experience

Experience working in a QC/QA position in a manufacturing plant (preferably in the paint or chemical industry).
Knowledge of quality standards and quality management systems (ISO, 5S, etc.).
Good analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
Proficient in using office computers and lab equipment.Sensitive to colors, with the ability to distinguish and adjust colors well.
Able to work in two shifts (morning - afternoon).
Preference for candidates living in the Bien Hoa area.

Education

Graduated from College/University with a major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Technology, or related fields.
