- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirement
- Manage the process of 3D modeling (Architectural/Structure) and quality as per Project BIM requirement
- Understand and manage the process of 3D model-based shop drawings (Architectural/Structure), Wall Setting Out (WSO) drawings, Concrete Body Plan (CBP) and Detail Drawings.
- Develop 4D simulations and support 5D quantification processes.
- Chair BIM coordination meetings (including ICE meetings) with project teams.
- Maintain accurate BIM documentation and project records.
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field (or BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM).
- Min 3-5 years of hands-on BIM experience with BIM-related software or BIM Modelling Works (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto).
- Valid Vietnam Architect Practice Certificate (Giấy phép hành nghề kiến trúc sư)
- Familiarity with Singapore construction practices (BCA, CORENET) is preferred.
- Strong English proficiency for cross-border coordination.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
