1. Agency Relationship Management & Business Development
- Establish and manage relationships with advertising agencies, including independent agencies from China
- Drive deals to closure; Retain and grow revenue from agencies
- Provide agencies with the highest level of sales and customer service
- Focus on Training, Onboarding, Activation of agency teams to unlock growth, uncover briefs; skews auctions
- Work with Creative and Influencer/MCN agencies to establish areas of agency-collaboration that improves overall outcomes for TikTok
- Collaborate with internal teams locally and globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales.2. Product Management
- Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok's products to deliver measurable results for clients
- Serve as an external product consultant on properties that are owned and operated by TikTok
- Analyze data and glean insights to execute the agency strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ad-tech sales or agency media planner or strategy roles
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, the ad-tech ecosystem and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance
- Candidates with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets will be prioritized
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills, with Chinese speaking ability to communicate with agencies in China
- Ability to be goal-oriented, take initiative, work independently within a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in analyzing data and delivering impactful insights
- Has strong experience in both branding and performance, marketplace; strong experience working with multinational companies or large local in F&B, FMCG and Finance industry
- Flexible to join business trips as it happens quite frequently.
- Having a wide network with big clients and agencies, both branding and performance will be a plus
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams; Comfortable with business travel domestically and internationally
