- Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and protocols for all properties
- Conduct regular risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies to address potential security threats
- Oversee the management, training, and development of security personnel
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and government agencies to ensure compliance with Vietnamese security regulations
- Manage security budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Implement and maintain state-of-the-art security technologies and surveillance systems
- Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency response procedures
- Provide regular security briefings and analytical reports to senior management
- Ensure all security measures align with our organisation's standards and local cultural sensitivities
- Stay informed about global security trends and best practices in hospitality security
- Foster a culture of security awareness and customer-focused service among all staff members
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance security measures while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- Advanced security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing security operations for hospitality or tourism properties
- Extensive knowledge of security management systems, risk assessment, and crisis management
- Strong understanding of international security standards and Vietnamese regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams
- Proficiency in utilising and managing advanced security technologies and surveillance systems
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is highly desirable
- Familiarity with local culture and customs in Phu Quoc and Vietnam
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisive actions based on data-driven insights

- Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving security goals
