  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure recruitment mandates.
Recruitment Delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source and place top-tier candidates.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer management.
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and revenue.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with clients.
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with consultants and managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share market insights and contribute to team development and best practices.
Business Development Focus Finance Specialist
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 5 years experience in a sales/business development role
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions tailored to client needs. This is a full-desk role combining sales, account management, and candidate delivery.
