ACG_2869_JOBOur client is a company focused on spirits, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Enterprise Client Development: Pinpoint and evaluate high-value corporate prospects and strategic partnership opportunities to drive long-term business growth.Proposal Ownership: Oversee the complete proposal process for corporate clients, including crafting RFI/RFP responses, creating tailored presentations, and detailing solution strategies.Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and CFO to align sales strategies with business goals, gather necessary financial and operational data, and secure executive support.Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to enhance client trust and business opportunities.Client Discovery & Insights: Perform in-depth client discovery sessions to uncover specific pain points and align proposals to strategic objectives.Value Communication: Present and articulate compelling business solutions and outcomes that clearly demonstrate our value to potential clients.Deal Closure & Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations and close complex enterprise deals that align with client and company interests.Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market movements, competitor activity, and emerging trends to refine proposal content and inform sales strategies.Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report to the CEO and CFO on pipeline status, forecasts, and strategic account updates.Other duties as assigned by management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance); MBA preferred.At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account development, with strong exposure to proposal writing and executive interaction.Proven track record in securing multi-million-dollar deals and handling long sales cycles.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.Sound understanding of financial models and ROI justification in a business context.Confident in building rapport and gaining buy-in from top-level stakeholders.Exceptional organizational and project leadership abilities.Able to work independently and effectively within a leadership team.Skilled in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Due to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
