- Develop & execute own sales plan/strategy/activities, hunt for new key business logos and drive them from opportunities to success closures
- Face to face customer meetings such as new product instruction, KPI meeting.
- Ensure to achieve monthly KPI, deliver agreed target and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Set local sales objectives, Sales activities, Pipelines & priorities to meet clients’ needs & achieve company’s growth target
- Actively engage with Product Managers to create initiative plans / products to achieve Sales targets
- Undertake high level business activities to maximize corporate exposure and increase brand awareness
- React to changes in business & market environment by redesigning sales plan / process / priority
- Identify underperforming segments and recommend solutions for improving performance / quality
- Provide recommendations and ensure quality and submission of sales reports weekly on Salesforce systems.
- Monitor services level and ensure customers satisfaction
- Build key contact and relationships within Toll Network. Ensure the business works together to align with One Toll strategy
- Actively participate & lead business opportunities, Input data in the Salesforce systems to log client engagement activities and showcase new opportunities (pipelines) and new customers.
- Work closely with operation team, financial team, local contract preparation & deal negotiations, ensure compliance to company standards
- Monitor & support the finance team with the collection of daily sales outstanding - DSO (if required)
- Work closely with reporting line and Sales team on target setting, reporting and other administrative matters for the overall country sales goals and objectives. Provide feedback to manager on the progress of sales activities and any potential barriers to the achievement of targets.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by direct Manager or functional team
- University Education or at least 3years of working experience in the same field Degree/Diploma in Freight Forwarding/warehouse/transportation/logistics/marketing or above
- English communication for both verbal and written.
