- Support the User using Microsoft Office, Windows, Printer…assigned by Senior Mgr.
- Support the User using ERP.
- Research new IT technologies for the Company.Management
- Daily/Monthly report to Senior IT Manager.
Task Distribution
50% | Work Cooperation with Infrastructure Vendor, ATV User, IT Manager for support/troubleshooting the IT System working for 24/7.
40% | Support User for using ERP, Windows, Office 365, Printers, Photocopying, and attendance systems.
10% | Daily/ Weekly Report to IT Manager.Yêu cầu chung
Must
- Bachelor
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure for a Factory.
- Must have experience in setting up a PC, Server, Camera, Attendance… System
- Must have experience supporting users for Office, Windows, O365 Mail, Teams...
- Willing to search/study new technology for upgrading the IT System.
- Support/Training ERP UserPreferred
Prefer to have experience with Windows 11, Windows Server, VMware, Linux..
Preferred to have MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL CertificateYêu cầu về ngoại ngữ
