ERP Support Specialist

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and define ERP requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot QAD customizations and reports (Progress 4GL).
• Provide tier-2/3 support for escalated business process or system issues.
• Lead small-scale ERP-related initiatives and improvement projects.
• Participate in system design reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Stay up to date on QAD updates, enhancements, and best practices.
• Train and mentor ERP users to maximize system usage.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with QAD ERP, especially in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in Progress 4GL development, debugging, and customization.
• Familiar with QAD modules such as Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, EMT, and EDI.
• Knowledge of QAD Adaptive UX, QAD Web Services, and integration tools like QXtend.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, or XML is a plus.
• Experience in multi-site ERP support and working with end users.
• Excellent communication in English; able to train and support users effectively.
