Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage, verify, and prepare monthly reports including statutory insurance, private health insurance, and PIT-related reports.
  • Oversee payroll processes for approximately 20 companies across various industries.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and distributing offer letters, labor contracts, annexes, agreements, and termination letters.
  • Assist with annual year-end tax finalization, generate tax finalization forms for clients, and resolve any related queries.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing consultation and support on all matters raised.
  • Handle expatriate management, including immigration matters (visa, work permit, TRC) and payroll processing.
  • Perform various HR administrative tasks assigned by the leader.
Experience requirements
  • Excellent in Excel and Payroll Software Microsoft Office;
  • Relevant working experience in payroll, preferably in an outsourcing environment or have managed large employees' payroll in a multi-national company.
