- Define and manage product roadmaps to align with business goals and strategies.
- Act as a liaison between US stakeholders and the tech team in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, and engineers to develop optimal product features.
- Create and maintain feature backlogs and product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
- Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, determine the best technical implementation approaches, and oversee QA acceptance testing and product launches.
- Conduct research, analyze data and metrics, run A/B tests, and assess competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities.
- Represent users and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring their needs are reflected in product decisions.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency in fast-evolving environments.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Strong expertise in product development, problem-solving, and prioritizing features to create engaging user experiences.
- Deep understanding of technology and its role in building exceptional products.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a solid grasp of development team roles and responsibilities.
- Strong user, client, and team empathy, ensuring products are designed with all stakeholders in mind.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing competing priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging based on the audience.
- A proactive systems thinker, who prioritizes principles over reactive decision-making.
- Experience leveraging data-driven approaches to introduce and validate solutions.
- Skilled in analyzing key metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience, working across Creative, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Program teams.
- Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or equivalent roles.
- Fluent in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
