We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader as Head Of Tech Transformation to guide high-performing Agile teams, shape technology strategy, and ensure delivery excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Lead teams to meet engineering standards, manage sprint execution, and uphold code quality.
Collaborate with architects and product managers to drive delivery of engineering goals.
Shape and evolve the technology roadmap and architectural direction.
Balance speed and quality in software delivery.
Mentor engineers to broaden their skillsets and take ownership beyond their core roles.
Address and manage technical debt.
Stay current with modern development practices and tools.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Foster a self-sufficient and disciplined engineering culture.
Champion process improvements for efficient development and delivery.
Inspire the team to pursue innovation and continuous delivery.
Partner with HR to support career development for engineering staff.

A seasoned software professional with over 7 of hands-on development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a product-centric environment.
Deep expertise in building scalable systems using microservices architecture (RESTful APIs), with solid command of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
Proficient in leveraging cloud infrastructure-particularly AWS or Google Cloud-to deliver robust, high-availability solutions.
Demonstrated success in applying Agile frameworks, managing full software development lifecycles, and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Industry experience in financial technology, especially in areas like digital payments or credit card systems, is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to lead and inspire distributed engineering teams across multiple geographies.
Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities, with a passion for nurturing engineering talent and fostering career growth.
Comfortable producing and managing technical documentation, overseeing change control processes, and ensuring software quality through structured testing and validation.
