POSITION PURPOSE
The Associate Manager, Postgraduate Recruitment & Corporate Partnerships, plays a pivotal role in driving the student recruitment growth by leading postgraduate sales performance and cultivating strategic partnerships with corporations. This role is responsible for achieving postgraduate enrolment targets and building corporate relationships that also generate qualified
leads for undergraduate and pre-university programs through staff benefit schemes and other partnership-driven initiatives.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Postgraduate Recruitment
- Own and deliver postgraduate student recruitment targets, including MBA and other PG Lead and manage the postgraduate sales team, ensuring effective pipeline management, and develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and sales campaigns tailored to working professionals and executives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the consultation and admissions journey, from enquiry to collaborating closely with Marketing to design PG-specific lead generation activities and conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (lead quality, conversion rate, enrolment progress) and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, HR leaders,
- Sign MOUs, training contracts, or co-branded agreements to establish recruitment pipelines and brand.
- Drive qualified lead generation for both postgraduate and undergraduate/pre-university programs through:
o Staff scholarship
o Staff benefit programs (e.g., children of employees).
- Work with corporate partners to initiate and deliver joint initiatives such as webinars, info sessions, sponsorships, or HR benefit collaborations.
- Represent BUV at business and industry networking events, promoting the university's offerings and positioning it as a trusted educational partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Academic, Admissions, and Student Recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless recruitment process.
- Provide market insights and corporate intelligence to inform pricing strategy, program development, and targeting efforts.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of partner interactions and recruitment outcomes via CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Report regularly to Head of Student Recruitment & Business Development on performance against recruitment targets and partnership development KPIs.
- Cooperate with other functions within the Student Recruitment & Business Development Department to organize and provide consultations for students during Open Days, Experience Days, Mini Info Days, and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the Graduate School and other Schools at BUV to co-organize events for recruitment and student engagement activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Student Recruitment & Business.
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Essential
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 YOE in business development, B2B sales, or higher education
- Proven success in managing sales targets and developing corporate
- Excellent Professional English & Vietnamese
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Experience working in the education or training industry is highly
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive immediate results and long-term relationships
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-based performance
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese corporate and education landscape
