What Youll Be Doing:
  • Design and develop software with high-quality code that is stable, maintainable, readable, and performs efficiently.
  • Work closely with designers to build responsive, user-friendly, and delightful interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify the best software tools, hardware platforms, and techniques for implementing features, systems, and tools.
  • Provide input on the scope and resources required for new product ideas, features, and improvements to existing products.
  • Continuously improve and adhere to processes to meet and exceed development and release standards.
  • Research and implement creative solutions for complex UI/UX challenges to elevate the product experience.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of modern UI/UX designs.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years of hands-on work in Vue 3.
  • 3+ years of experience leading frontend teams.
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient frontend systems for large projects, optimizing both performance and development speed.
  • A practical, solution-oriented mindset when dealing with technical issues.
  • Self-motivated, able to take ownership of tasks, make impactful decisions, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to navigate uncertainty and contribute effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach, focusing on efficient and effective solutions.
